TLILIC0001 Licence to Transport Dangerous Goods by Road
Dangerous Goods Licencing
|
Upon successful completion of this course our support RTO will award the applicant with a nationally recognised statement of attainment, which can then be used to apply for a dangerous goods licence. We offer dangerous goods courses throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and all over Australia and the Pacific Region (upon application), all in agreement with our support RTO. Obtain your dangerous goods certification from someone that has had over 30 years of experience as, not only a driver, but also as a safety representative and trainer within the petroleum industry (avoid the trainers/organisation that have no real transport experience). We also have many years of experience with packaged dangerous goods from our past experience with interstate and general transport driving. Our dangerous goods course covers classes 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6, 8 and 9. Our dangerous goods course has a nominal 16 hours duration over 2 days and also covers such things as, Legislations, classifications, transport planning, load identification, load control and restraint, vehicle loading and unloading procedures, transport requirements, emergency preparedness and safety equipment. Our training room is located in Morayfield Queensland if you need to come to us. We are always happy to come to you to deliver our courses, Beenleigh, Beaudesert, Jimboomba, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Charleville, it doesn’t matter, we can come and deliver the training at a time that suits you, not at a time when others are merely passing through (minimum class numbers apply). Our courses are also run at a time to suit the client, hence we do not set calendar dates. You let us know when you are available and if it works with us we will put a course on. Unlike our competitors we will never cancel a course on you, regardless of numbers that have booked in. Your time is valuable and we pride ourselves in not inconveniencing clients. Unlike many of our competitors, we actually have on road transport experience. We understand transport from the drivers seat, not from the warehouse managers desk like most of our competitors. The next time you book a DG course, ask. When was the last time your trainer actually drove a Dangerous Goods vehicle? Then gauge where their transport experience is. We still drive fuel and gas tankers to keep our skills current and relevant. Our transport experience has been thoroughly checked by our RTO and TMRQ. (Smiths Training Services is NOT an RTO and cannot issue dangerous goods certification. We deliver the training and assessment on behalf of a Registered Training Organisation. We offer real training and show you how to use the Australian Dangerous Goods code edition 7.6 properly. When attending our premises all meals and refreshments are provided. You get real value for money with us. Our training and services are far superior to what our competitors offer, the student feedback is testament to it. Check out our Facebook page Dangerous Goods Transport and Training Services. We post upcoming dangerous goods and SLP (Safe Load Program) courses on this page as well as jobs in the transport industry related to the transport of dangerous goods. This page is also to keep all those informed of anything dangerous goods related. Some of our valued dangerous goods clients include Toll BOC, Rogers Transport, Marmax Transport, NGO Transport, Simons National Carriers, Mobile Dewatering, McDermott Aviation, AGL, Broadspectrum, Canstruct International, Puma Energy PNG, Veolia, Incitec Pivott, Forge Transport, Kalari, Dyno Nobel and Rivett to name just a few.
